I’m currently studying MA Events & Experiences Management at Goldsmiths University.
I am an award-winning storyteller and maker who works with people across various fields in a wide range of industries to help them tell stories. I help create events and craft experiences, from live productions to video games to immersive audio experiences.
I have been a professional creative in the arts as an actor, writer, and maker for 13 years. I’m interested in world-building, elements of play within events, and immersive entertainment. My goal is to create transformative experiences that transport people from their everyday lives, prioritising LGBTQIA+ visibility, diversity and togetherness, wellness, and, of course, entertainment.
Background
As a creative, I have worked all across the globe, including the West End and Off-Broadway. In 2016, I was awarded The Stage Award For Acting Excellence. My work ranged from theatre, TV, immersive experiences and voice acting. I am an Associate Artist with Fast Familiar, a digital studio that creates ‘audience-centric’ experiences. Together, we have devised and co-written four interactive digital games, an audio-walk dealing with male violence and an AR choose-your-own-misadventure experience.
In 2022, I worked at Lush’s Global Flagship Store on Oxford Street as a Supervisor and part of the In-Store Events team. The events I created for the store were one-off, immersive experiences to capture the imaginations of the customers with plenty of interactivity. I created a very successful not-for-profit ‘London Pride’ weekend-long experience, and the success of my final event, a month-long ‘Plastic-Free July’ celebration, saw an increase in gross profit of "naked products" at 13.93% from the previous year, with a 15% increase in sales of units.
