  • Articles

My research focuses on two areas: The Gay Male Eventspace, and Fandom Within the Queer Community.

My first article, “Drink, Drag, and Diversity: Examining the Need for Variety and Sober Experiences within Gay Male Event Culture,” is currently under review for publication.

I am currently exploring fandom within the queer community through an autoethnographic lens, and my next article will be an examination of this subject. To see my own fandom journey, you can follow me on IG and TikTok @WelshSnorlax

  • Lectures/Workshops

I have previously served as a Guest Lecturer at Goldsmiths, University of London, focusing on the dissertation and writing process, at University of East London in the Tourism, Hospitality, and Entertainment Management where I taught across three modules, and at London South Bank University, where I taught the design and creation of digital experiences.

My sessions have an engaging, workshop style involving interaction and creative tasks.
